For the Bridesmaids and Maid of honor, they will each need to pick a color from the theme spectrum. No copying the same shade. The Groomsmen and best man, need to pick a shade from the color spectrum. No copies. For the important guests that aren't necessarily in the bridal party, they just need to keep in mind it's a wedding in the fall. Formal/Semi-formal.
Traveling at a slow speed to not disrupt the nature that was there first. Remember, we're entering their territory and nests. Please plan according to that detail, Thank You!
1:00 pm - 1:00 pm
This is when Jared and I will see each other in our wedding attire for the first time after getting ready that morning.
1:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Prepare for rugged weather. This will be OUTDOORS
This is when Jared and I tie the knot and say our 'I do's. 30-minute duration.
1:30 pm - 2:00 pm
Pictures of us before the reception, and after the first look and ceremony. Pictures with family and friends as well. 30-minute duration.
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Please be aware this portion is outdoors as well and the wind may affect the temperature.
The reception is the eating portion of the wedding. It's always good to have unique foods and different recipes. There will be around 30-75 guests and we may or may not have it catered. 60-minute duration.
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Those over 21 may wish to partake in the cocktail hour. From 2 pm - 3 pm, we will drink light drinks to let us creep into the speech portion of the wedding. I cannot guarantee we'll have the drink you drink, so if you need, you can always bring your own. Planning for an Open Bar- 60-minute duration.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Family and friends may take this time to give speeches about the newlyweds!
The Bride and Groom have specific immediate family they wish to hear from first, and after they go, those who want to give their own speech will be welcomed. If you plan to write something up and speak, please let the Bride/groom know so we can plan and accommodate each person.30-minute duration.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Dances by the bride and her father, mother, husband, daughter, and more to be seen. 60-minute duration.
6:00 pm - 6:45 pm
Enjoy our 7-layer cake! Anyone willing to take on the challenge of baking, decorating, and assembling portions of this huge cake, please contact Maid of Honor Brynn or Bride Heather! 45-minute duration.
6:45 pm - 7:00 pm
Last event before dismissal for the gals. 15-minute duration.
7:00 pm - 7:30 pm
The venue will only be rented for the duration of the wedding. As it reaches the end of the duration, the guests must leave as the land will be closed. Staying over time will cost us a fee as the state hires a cleanup crew for this venue and their policy states all guests must leave during the cleanup process. We appreciate all those who wish to help clean up after everyone, however, Jared and I had this covered when booking the location. Thanks though!!! We appreciate it. The 30-minute duration is only 30 minutes for everyone to exit the venue. Groom and Bride leave last to ensure the venue we rented is okay and cleared by the owners of the land. 30-minute duration.
