Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes - shuttles will be provided at each group hotel to the church. Upon conclusion of the ceremony, return shuttles will be available back to the group hotels. At 5:15pm, the shuttles will depart from the hotels to the University Club for the start of cocktail hour. For those who wish to drive to the ceremony, while the St. James Chapel does not have any onsite parking, paid parking is available at the parking garage next door (S&P Parking - 1030 N. State Street).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly request that guests arrive to the ceremony (St. James Chapel - 835 N. Rush St) no later than 2:45pm.

Is there parking at the reception venue?
Answer
Yes - valet parking will be available at the University Club of Chicago.

Gap between ceremony conclusion and start of cocktail hour
Answer
Shuttles will be provided upon conclusion of the ceremony at 4pm to the various group hotels (JW Marriott, The Lasalle Chicago, and Palmer House). All guests are welcome to take the shuttles back and grab a drink at the one of the various hotel bars in between the ceremony and cocktail hour. At 5:15pm, the shuttles will depart from the group hotels to the University Club for the start of cocktail hour. Additionally, of the group hotels, the Palmer House in particular is located right across the street from the reception venue. Other nearby spots we recommend include Cindy's Rooftop at the Chicago Athletic Association.

How should I RSVP?
Answer
RSVP cards will be included in each invitation suite. Please mail back your RSVP card with the included envelope by May 14th, 2025.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
The night before the wedding, all guests are welcome to join us for Welcome Drinks from 8-10pm at Gibson's Bar & Steakhouse (Cocktail Attire requested).
