When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We're excited to see you on our special day! To make sure we can successfully accommodate everyone, please RSVP no later than Friday, September 18th, 2026.

Can I bring my kids/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at the venue, only those listed on the invitations will be admitted.

What should I wear?

Answer

We're requesting our guests wear Cocktail attire; Suits for the men and mid-length to floor-length dresses for the ladies.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Fruit-infused water and hot apple cider will be served upon your arrival.

Can I stay at The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm?

Answer

The Inn has a limited number of rooms that will be reserved for the bridal parties and immediate family members. Please visit our "Travel" tab for a list of other hotels in the area!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors so we can all enjoy the Autumn foliage. However, if the weather doesn't cooperate, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place in the Stone Bank Barn reception space.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

While our ceremony will ideally be outdoors in the grass, the Inn itself and the Stone Bank Barn reception space are both wheelchair accessible.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/reception?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony itself, but after that, please take as many pictures/videos as you like! We will also have posted QR codes so you can send us any pictures/videos you take directly, so keep an eye out!

Will there be food-safe options for me?

Answer

When you RSVP, you will be provided a Beef, Chicken, and Vegetarian entreé option to choose from. If you have further restrictions, please specify them and the kitchen staff will be more than happy to accommodate you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Our reception will have an open bar manned by the wonderful venue staff.
