Our Story

We met at Santa Clara! Our first official date was at Taplands. We quickly bonded over our New England roots, the things we enjoy in our spare time, and our shared love of Kimball Farms' ice cream.

We took many trips throughout California - one of our favorites was Big Sur!

During spring quarter of senior year, we both had Thursdays off. We loved getting outside and taking advantage of the scenery all around Santa Clara. Here we are hiking Mission Peak!

We graduated together!

The Bakers and Burrills met for the first time during graduation weekend

Both starting jobs in Boston, we took a road trip across the country together. We started off with two days in Yosemite, before making our way across the US. Here is us in front of El Capitan

An unexpected surprise on our trip was our time in Big Sky & Bozeman, MT due to Yellowstone being closed. Montana will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

Boston has become home! We love taking advantage of everything the city has to offer.

Back at Taplands in June 2025, where it all began! Little did Riley know what was to come the next day...

WE GOT ENGAGED! During our first trip back to CA together since graduation, we visited many places and people we love, ending with the most special weekend in Napa.
