What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to dress up with us so this is a Black Tie Encouraged affair! Ladies, think floor length dresses. Gentlemen, think tuxedos or formal suits with ties.

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on Friday, June 5, 2026, in Center City Philadelphia. The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm at St. John the Evangelist Church on South 13th Street. The reception will follow at 5:30pm at The Bellevue Hotel on South Broad Street.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 2:45pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm.

Where exactly is the wedding taking place at the Bellevue Hotel?

Answer

The reception will be held at XIX (Nineteen) on the 19th floor of The Bellevue Hotel.

Is there parking and transportation?

Answer

While there is no parking available at St. John the Evangelist Church, we recommend parking at The Bellevue Hotel. It’s just a short 7-minute walk to the church. Parking information for the Bellevue can be found under the "Travel" tab. Uber and Lyft are also reliable transportation options to and from both the ceremony and reception. Please note that transportation will not be provided between locations.

Things to do in between the ceremony and reception

For those that do not need to check into their hotel rooms, there are a number of bars and pubs near St. John's or the Bellevue that we recommend. Here are a few: McGillin's Olde Ale House Brü Craft & Wurst Tradesman's

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we've opted for an adults-only celebration with the exception of our beloved flower girl and ring bearers.
