What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 3:30pm to ensure enough time for parking and finding your seats. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 and the gates will be closed to ensure no cars drive through during our ceremony.

What does semi-formal mean?

Answer

We'd love to see you dressed to impress! We want you to feel your most beautiful, comfortable, and authentic self while celebrating our marriage with good people, good music, and a good time. The ceremony will take place on the grass under beautifully shaded trees, so plan your dancing shoes accordingly. Ladies, we recommend ditching the stilettos as they may sink into the grass! Gents, feel free to rock a short sleeve button up/polo and shorts as August can be very hot. (Think golf attire)

Although we would love to include the children of all our friends and family, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invite. Please see the RSVP tab of our website for details.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

Light appetizers will be available during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet-style dinner and dessert table. Water and lemonade will also be available to drink.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

The bar will offer two signature cocktails, three beers, and two wines throughout the night. The bride and groom wish to remind all guests to drink responsibly and designate a driver for the evening, and please don't forget to tip our amazing bar staff!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will not be providing any transportation, so please plan ahead with a designated driver or a ride-share service for a safe ride home.
