Picture it... Bryan, TX, 2015 What can I say, it's the age-old "boy meets the new girl in town online and takes her to a restaurant displaying about 100 bra's that are ornately decorated and then they live happily ever after " story. (The Village Cafe hosts a fundraiser benefiting the Breast Cancer Society every year where they auction off bra's that have been decorated by local people and organizations. It's a crowd pleaser and definitely a conversation starter!) He was adorable and she forgot to shower but the playing field was leveled when she noticed he was wearing black cowboy boots with a grey, short sleeved button down shirt. He was cute so she figured she could edit the clothes. After looking at all of the Bra Art and having a drink or two, the new couple walked around downtown Bryan. He explains the Hoteling Theorem in reference to side-by-side pizza joints, tells her all about his favorite bar's new couch that they bought from the closed down strip club, interesting facts about drinking water and local government. She listens and cracks jokes on every topic while also looking for any opportunity to bring up her cute dachshund in conversation. One thing leads to another and she agrees to go out with him again if he will wear a bow tie on their next date (Her dog wears a bow tie every day). He went straight to the store and got one! They go out the next night, and the next, and the next. He got down on one knee to ask her to be his girlfriend and then he got down on one knee to propose. 3 years, 3 states and a passel of dogs later... It's wedding time, baby!!!
