Answer

No organized transportation to and from the wedding to hotel. The venue has ample parking and is accessible by ride share. Summerfield Farms does allow guests to leave their vehicles on site overnight if needed.

Yes- we have organized room blocks at the Embassy Suites in Greensboro Airport location and the Greensboro Airport Marriott. Please call the Greensboro Airport Marriott to reserve and mention the wedding room block under Burke/Vance. Embassy Suites can be booked online using code '91F' or call and mention the wedding room block under Burke/Vance.

Due to the tight timeline, we ask that guests please arrive at the venue no later than 3:30pm as the doors close at 4pm to begin the ceremony.

Answer

We recommend dressy casual avoiding jeans, flip-flops, etc. Opting for cocktail attire if possible- the bridesmaids will be wearing navy and the color scheme overall leans towards spring pastel colors.
