FAQs

If you have any questions that haven't been addressed here, feel free to reach out to Trinity & Brayden anytime!
Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP as early as possible, but no later than June 19, 2025! If we do not receive a response indicating your attendance by then, we will regrettably assume that you won't be joining us, and we won't reserve a seat for you. If you already know that you cannot make it, RSVP "will not attend." Your prompt response is greatly appreciated!

Question

Is this event child-friendly?

Answer

While we adore all our guests and their families, our venue has limited space and seating. To ensure everyone's comfort, we kindly request that arrangements be made for alternate plans for anyone not included on the RSVP. We hope that this can serve as a night off where you can celebrate with us!

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional Keep in mind that our wedding will be entirely outside. We really encourage our guests to dress up with us, while we still encourage comfort. (no jeans) *Out of respect for the bride, please, no white*

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar with beer, wine, and cash liquor during cocktail hour and reception. Our venue has a strict policy for outside alcohol, please follow this rule or it will result in a large fine.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love to include everyone, due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. Your invitation/RSVP will indicate if you've received a plus one. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, the ambassador house has plenty of free parking that should be able to accommodate all of our guests. If you plan on drinking though, please be safe and Uber!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 3:30! Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior, to allow for parking, finding a seat, grabbing a drink, and signing the guest book.

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

Per the city's ordinance, music must stop at 10:30pm

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, unless otherwise stated by the bride or groom. We want you all to be present in the moment and will have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Afterwards, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like & don't forget to send them to us!

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be shining both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Please dress accordingly and stay hydrated in the summer heat!
