Our story started in september of 2008 when we took the bus to Boces together. I had approached Christian and asked him what his name was and what class he was taking and soon after that we became good friends. Eventually Chris asked me if i liked the class I was taking and switched into my class where we became even closer friends. From late night tacobell runs when chris would get out of work to summer drives on the beach. We were inseperable friends to realizing our friendship wasnt enough and we wanted more. September 19, 2009 rolled around and christian came to my house late at night where we shared our first kiss and the rest was history. Since then we have shared so many experiences and life lessons with one another, molding each other and learning patience, kindness, and ways to love. In December of 2019 Christian and I had our annual friendsmas party where we have all of our friends come over to exchange gifts in our secret santa. Christian knows we do not exchange gifts on friendsmas but he was very persuasive on this one particular gift that just could not wait another day so i rolled my eyes and caved. As i begin to open the gift everyone fell silent and all eyes were on me and christian. And as if no body else was in the room he got down on one knee and smiled.. 10 years of dating and 5 years of living together led to this moment. Before christian even had a chance to ask me i bursted into tears and the whole room was screaming! Of course i will marry you ! It was never even a thought. I thank god everyday for that day ! We cant wait to build a life and a family together! And we cant wait to have our family and friends apart of it. We are truly blessed.
