Please visit the RSVP page on our website to submit your response by October 7th, 2026. This deadline helps us finalize our plans. Formal invitations will be sent by September 7th, 2026.
Please plan to arrive by 3:45 PM, as the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to find your seat and settle in before we start. Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes suitable for gravel and some uneven terrain around the grounds, as well as for dancing throughout the evening.
We'd love for our guests to dress in cocktail attire. Ladies, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant pantsuits are all wonderful choices, and gentlemen, we hope to see you in suits or sport coats with dress pants. Since our ceremony takes place outdoors on gravel and uneven terrain, we recommend selecting comfortable shoes that will keep you steady throughout the celebration- and ready for the dance floor! As this is a November wedding, it can get chilly, so please dress accordingly. Feel free to bring a blanket if you'd like to spend time outside.
Yes, parking is available at Hopes Way Gathering Venue for both the ceremony and reception. We ask that guests use only the designated gravel parking areas, as parking on the grass is not permitted. Each bumper block accommodates one vehicle. We have two handicapped accessible spots and a convenient passenger drop-off area at the back of the gathering barn. Members of the Hopes Way team will be on-site to direct guests to available parking and assist with drop-offs.
We adore your children and wish we could celebrate with all of them! However, we've decided to keep our reception as an adults-only event, with the exception of our immediate family. We hope you understand, and we look forward to celebrating with you.
We've reserved seats for those named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding as we finalize our guest count!
Absolutely! We'd love for you to capture the moment and share your photos with us. We simply ask that you mute your device and disable the flash during the ceremony to ensure an uninterrupted experience for everyone.
We're happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure your meal is prepared safely and to your satisfaction.

In the event of rain, we'll move the ceremony indoors to our on-site barn reception area- just a short walk away!
Yes, we're thrilled to offer an open bar for all our guests. You'll enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the evening, including two signature cocktails, a carefully curated selection of beer and wine, and non-alcoholic options. Please note that shots will not be served.
Hopes Way Gathering Venue permits overnight vehicle parking, with pickup required by 1 p.m. the following day. Please note that entry gates are secured from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., so guests planning early morning departures should arrange alternative transportation accordingly. The venue is not responsible for vehicles or their contents.
Smoking is not permitted in the barn or on any covered porch areas, including vaping and e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area at the back of the Gathering Barn, clearly marked for your convenience. Please dispose of all smoking materials in the receptacle provided there. Additionally, marijuana smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
