Flight
Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU)
We recommend flying into RDU if you are traveling by plane. We like using Southwest for all of our flights as it has its own smaller terminal. There are direct flights to & from most major cities without the stress and long security lines. There is also a larger terminal for all other airlines. The airport is about 15 minutes from Downtown Durham, about 20 min from Downtown Raleigh, and about 35 minutes from the venue.
Rental Car

There are several rental car companies at the airport that you can choose from. Each one has a courtesy shuttle to their offices on site at the airport. Uber & Lyft are readily available throughout the area, as well as additional taxi companies - we recommend "taxi taxi" if you are struggling to connect to an Uber at any time.

Our venue coordinator suggested checking Airbnb and VRBO for larger groups staying together. She mentioned there are a few in Youngsville (the town where our venue is) & several in Wake Forest (about 5 miles from our venue).
Travel Note
Other Places to Stay
Youngsville is a smaller, quieter area with a quaint downtown and limited overnight stays. Wake Forest is a larger town with more activity but is still quite Surburban. If you are wanting a true downtown "city stay" we recommend staying in Downtown Raleigh - there are many hotel options, restaurants, bars, etc.
