When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at Viansa Winery no later than 5:15pm on Saturday, August 16th. Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. Your punctuality is much appreciated.

How do I get to & from the ceremony?

Answer

Complimentary shuttle buses will transport guests between the room-block hotels (Andaz Napa & Hampton Inn) and Viansa Winery on Saturday, August 16th. See "Travel" for Shuttle Schedule (TBA). Parking is also available at Viansa Winery at no cost for guests.

We love your kids, but this is your weekend off! No children please. If you need assistance arranging childcare, please contact us.

Is there a dress code?

What's The Weather?

Expect it to be warm and sunny at the Ceremony! Temperatures will cool off in the evening, ladies may consider bringing a shawl for nighttime.

Ladies, we know how much you love your heels! Since part of our wedding celebration will take place on grass, we recommend wearing block-heels or heel protectors to keep your shoes from sinking. They’ll help you stay comfortable while looking fabulous!
