Samarah with Amarillo Travel Network will be handling our groups travel arrangements.  You can email or call her and reference Moffitt wedding for pricing.  There is a discount for our party and the trip can be paid out monthly.  Full payment is due 60 days before departure date.   If you have airline miles you would like to use, she can book that along with the hotel.

Travel dates will be October 15th (Tuesday) thru October 19th (Saturday).  The wedding will be on Thursday October 17th!

If you do not have a passport you will want to get the process started as early as possible!  The passport application is online, and you can make an appointment with the post office to get this processed.
