For Men: Men are welcome to wear jeans, boots, and a nice shirt, or formal attire. We encourage the inclusion of felt hats, pearl snap shirts, and large belt buckles to embrace the Western spirit. For Women: Women may opt for the same as men or choose to wear a dress and boots. We hope to see some festive, flowy gowns paired with hats and bold, statement jewelry to reflect the occasion's flair. General Guidelines for All Attendees: Please dress respectfully, ensuring that your chest, tummy and bottom are adequately covered. We kindly request that you avoid wearing a white shirt or gown, as this may detract from the event’s overall theme. We look forward to seeing everyone dressed their best and showcasing their creativity within the Western style!
While we love having children join us on our special day, please note that we won’t be offering dedicated activities or childcare during the event. We hope everyone, young and old, enjoys the celebration together!
We will be offering a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the event. Please note that the drink choices are limited, and we kindly ask that no outside alcohol be brought or distributed. If you have a special alcoholic drink you'd like to share, please give it to the bartenders, who will be happy to serve it for you. Thank you for complying with our OLCC guidelines.
We will be providing delicious food and drinks, followed by a sweet dessert to enjoy. We hope you’re hungry and ready to celebrate with us!
Our celebration will take place at a beautiful barn venue, with both indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. The ceremony will be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly for the weather. Afterward, we’ll head inside for dinner and dancing, where we’ll continue the fun and festivities.
