PARK!
10:30 am
$5 to park at the main entrance or here is a link to the free Aspen shuttle that directs where to park to ride the shuttle TO THE PARK** https://www.rfta.com/routes/city-of-aspen/ Inbound: Departs Aspen Highlands at :00, :20 and :40 Departs Castle Ridge/Aspen Valley Hospital at :05, :25 and :45 Cost ADVANCE Purchase Round-Trip Shuttle Tickets. this is from the parking lot to the venue. the shuttle will take you from the lot to the amphitheater $16 Adults $10 over 65 **this is the shuttle that will take you into the center of the park, to the amphitheater
Ceremony
11:30 am - 12:30 pm

time is flexible, as shuttle times are limited! We will start the ceremony when everyone is accounted for and settled in. Drinks will be provided before the ceremony for those who are early! please refer to the FAQs for shuttle information and make reservations in advance!!! same day tickets are available but on a first come first serve basis
Second Breakfast
12:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Head over to the gorgeous picnic area for drinks followed by pastries, charcuterie, and other finger foods. The bridal party and families will join shortly after the portraits are taken. just a short stroll from the amphitheater to the picnic area! take your time, wander around, and we will see you after the photos!
DRIVE!
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm
This is back in the town where the cabin is, so carpooling is encouraged to cut down on the number of people needing to control their drinking ;)
Dinner in Carbondale
5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Shanes Mom and Stepdad are graciously planning a dinner menu for us all! PLEASE RSVP to this event for an accurate headcount for the restaurant PLEASE let us know your dietary preferences for the dinner

don't forget to check the forecast! it can get chilly in the mountains, even in July!
FIRST DANCE, DANCING, FUN, FIRE, OOOOs AND AWWS the first hour or so will be the "formal" reception BUT THEN! join us for a night of outdoors, fire pits, and karaoke! any leftover alcohol we have will be provided but please BYOB if you are staying at the cabin and plan to drink all night note on how to get there from the owner: some people have been sent to spring meadows gates, please proceed further up the road upper cattle creek to pleasant valley ranch, then it is the first drive on the left if gate is closed the code is 2250. if you see the greenhouses you have gone to far. all 4 properties are rented for us, so it is very easy to see at night if all lights are on
