Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional. We suggest guests wear a suit, with jacket, or a floor length or mid-length dress.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have room blocks at the Embassy Suites at The Halcyon and Fairfield Inn / Home2Suites at The Collection. Both are minutes to the venue and offer plenty of dining and entertainment options.

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes (weather permitting). We recommend wearing appropriate footwear for an outdoor ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There will be valet parking at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have buses from the Embassy Suites. Shuttles will depart at 4:00 and 4:10pm. Uber/Lyft is an option for guests. While the venue is within 10 minutes from each hotel option, we suggest planning ahead to account for ride wait times.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and spending your evening with us!
