When we first got engaged in September, we knew that we wanted to have a fairly short engagement, but also a fairly large wedding. Due to Covid-19, we didnt feel comfortable planning a big wedding anytime in the near future, nor did we want to wait for things to go back to normal. Our compromise was to have a very small, social-distanced ceremony at the Burch home and plan to host a bigger celebration sometime in the future with our friends and family. It was bittersweet not being able to share the day with everyone we love, but we’re so grateful for the support we’ve received from afar and are happily enjoying our next chapter as a married couple!
