Guest Transportation

Answer

There will be a shuttle coming to the Raddison Hotel and I-90 Holiday Inn Hotel to take you to and from the venue. If you choose to drive, please park in the Belle Ame Vineyard parking lot. You will need to pick up your car by 9am on Sunday.

When Should I Arrive to the Ceremony?

Our Ceremony will be starting promptly at 4 pm and we are asking that all of our guests arrive by 3:45 pm.

Can I Bring my Children?

Answer

Although your children mean so much to us, we want you to have a night off and celebrate! We are requesting no children, unless they are immediate family.

I Have a Food Allergy, Can I Make a Special Request?

Please share any dietary restrictions when you RSVP on our website or contract Kate or Beau directly. We will have gluten free options already accounted for.

Will the Ceremony and Reception be Indoor or Outdoor?

Weather permitting, the reception will be outside under a pavilion. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be indoors.
