Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by August 17th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a “no”. This is because we do need to provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we hope that you understand.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of predetermined plus ones allocated via your wedding invitation to follow save the date. Your invitation will specify if we have given you the option to bring a plus one!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be “unplugged”, meaning that we are asking for personal devices to be put away and silenced during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer & videographer, and we are more than happy to share those photos and videos with you afterwards. At the reception, however, we encourage everyone to take photos and to please share those with us as you’re able!

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Answer

On your invitation, if your child is specifically listed on the envelope along with your name, they are welcome! (However, if you or you and your partner would prefer a date night out without the kids, also fine by us). If they are not on the invite, unfortunately we won’t be able to accommodate them - we hope you can understand!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, garden attire but be comfy enough to join us on the dance floor! Please keep in mind that the ceremony is outdoor and the reception is indoor / outdoor, weather permitting of course!

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! There will be a hotel block at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott. 12 minutes from venue. You can find everything you need to book under the “TRAVEL” tab on our website!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please drink on us! However, as much as we love a party, please keep your own limits in mind during the reception!

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes, buffet style! Diet accommodations will be an option when invitations are sent out.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can begin to arrive at 4:00 pm. Ceremony begins at 4:30 pm.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Guests get free access to the garden the day of the wedding, starting at 9 a.m. when the garden opens, up until the end of cocktail hour!
