Kindly RSVP no later than October 1st, so that Blake and Brooke can have an accurate headcount for their venue and caterer. You can RSVP here, on their wedding website, or by calling or texting either number listed on your RSVP card. If Blake and Brooke do not receive a response from you, your invitation will be marked as "unable to attend."
You will be greatly missed by both the bride and groom! Please let Blake and Brooke know as soon as possible and respond "unable to attend" so that they can plan accordingly. If Blake and Brooke do not receive a response from you, your invitation will be marked as "unable to attend."
While the bride and groom would love nothing more than to celebrate with everyone, unfortunately they cannot accommodate additional guests. Your invitation will include the names of all guests invited to the wedding. If you have received a plus-one, it will be noted.
Blake and Brooke respectfully request that you only bring children that are included on the invitation. While the bride and groom love your little ones and would love to include everyone, they cannot accommodate additional guests. Blake and Brooke appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can enjoy the evening and celebrate with them. Treat yourselves to a "date-night" out! If you are struggling to find childcare, please reach out. We will do our best to help.
Blake and Brooke had to agree on a limited number of guests due to venue capacity as well as staying within budget. Unfortunately, this means that there are a number of friends and extended family who will not be able to be there on their wedding day as much as they would love to invite everyone. Blake and Brooke appreciate your understanding and would be happy to see you soon!
The ceremony will start at 4 o'clock. Doors will open at 3:30. It is suggested that you arrive no later than 3:50 to ensure you get your seat for the ceremony. Please plan for potential delays such as traffic, weather conditions, pit stops if needed, etc.
Please reference the 'Schedule' tab for venue names, addresses, and time of events happening.
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception venues have free parking available. It is only a five minute drive between the two locations, but the reception parking lot is a bit smaller than the ceremony lot. While carpooling is encouraged, it is not necessary. The Fountains Banquet Center allows overnight parking for those who need to pick up their car the following morning. Please make transportation arrangements if you plan to drink alcoholic beverages. The bride and groom want to ensure that everyone has a great night, but also makes it home safely.
Dress to impress, but also whatever makes you feel best! Attire is semi-formal to formal. Just no white/off-white colors, jeans, or shorts please. For men, we suggest wearing dress pants with button down shirts, suits, or tuxes (ties optional). For ladies, we suggest floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or a dressy jumpsuit. Michigan weather, especially in December, can be sunny and on the warm side, or cold and snowy. Plan to be comfortable in whichever kind of weather we get.
Absolutely! There are so many hotels near both venues! If you're looking for a place to stay overnight, please check out the 'Travel' tab for a long list of options.
