Please RSVP no later than October 1st. If you do not RSVP by that time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. The website is not always the most user friendly. If you run into difficulties, please let us know.
You will be missed!! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly.
The nicer end of business casual. Please no suits or jeans. Please see the "Dress Code" section of the website for more information.
If you have received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. Please be sure to list the name of the guest joining you, should it not already be there. If you would like to request a plus one, please reach out and we will put this into consideration as we solidify attendance.
We are having an adult-only wedding. If you need any help finding day care in the area, let us know and we will do what we can to help.
While we do not want pets at the ceremony or reception itself, pets are allowed on grounds. If you would like to come on Saturday, or if you are staying in one of the cabins on premise, you're more than welcome to bring your pet (and Alex is excited to meet them).
Meal options are part of the RSVP. There will be the choice of pasta, vegetarian lasagna, chicken parm, or a flank steak. Cupcakes will be one fall themed maple and one basic vanilla (both with caramel filling). Finally, there will be an open bar for both an abbreviated cocktail hour as well as during the first part of the reception.
Please reach out to us for any concerns here. Everything on the menu can be made gluten free and many can be made vegan. We are investigating what customization can be done to the food options in the RSVP, and the venue is known for being accommodating. If nothing else, there's a reason we include allergens/food concerns as one of the required fields! We'll continue to update as we have additional information and if you have any concerns for yourself, let us know so we can update you directly as well!
Once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. All other activities, such as the bonfires, are outdoors.
The ceremony won't have assigned seating or split sides. For the reception, we'll have a seating chart on the website closer to the wedding and will have seating charts at the wedding itself. Let us know if you have strong preferences for the reception. We can't promise at this time to accommodate everyone, but we will take each request into consideration.
Well, it's gay and Jewish, so that's usually a bit different already. But there will be a few changes from what most consider a typical Jewish wedding. We don't trust our balance, so no chair dance, but many other aspects will remain! We'll be breaking the glass and there will be plenty of dancing, and the entire ceremony is fully Jewish. As it gets closer, check back here for additional details as we'll be continuing to update the website accordingly!
Please reach out to us and let us know! As we receive questions, we'll also update this FAQ so check back from time to time to see if someone had a question you didn't even think of!
