Covid-19

***UPDATE*** The City of Chicago will be lifting its mask and vaccine mandate on February 28, 2022. Given this policy change, we will NOT be requiring proof of vaccination to attend our event. If you’re more comfortable wearing a mask we encourage you to do so, although it’s not required. You can read more about any Chicago mandates here: https://www.chicago.gov/city/en/sites/covid19-vaccine/home/chi-vaccine-requirement.html We will keep this page updated, and directly communicate significant changes as we wrap up planning. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please reach out to us.
Question

How many people will be there?

Answer

We hope to be celebrating with 100-150 of you!

Question

Will the event be held inside or outside?

Answer

The event will be held at a large indoor event space with a capacity of over 200 people. There is a patio you can access if you need fresh air, although we don't plan to host any specific activities on the patio.

Question

What about masks/face-coverings?

Answer

Currently, Chicago is not under a mask mandate. If you’re more comfortable wearing a mask we encourage you to do so, although it’s not required. If this changes, we’ll let you know.

Question

How will food be served?

Answer

Cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and dinner will all be provided and served by our awesome caterers, Jewell Catering. They are committed to sanitation, will be wearing masks/gloves the entire evening. Dinner will be individually plated and tables and chairs will be arranged in accordance with local regulations on placement for indoor food service. If you have any concerns or requests about seating, please contact us and we will tailor your seating to your needs.
