Wait, aren't you married already?

Answer

Yup! We got married in a very small ceremony with just ourselves and our parents on May 27th, 2019. Our reception was scheduled for the fall of 2020, which we regrettably had to cancel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We hoped to have a five-year vow renewal, which would have been last May, but having twins got in the way of that a bit! So, we're doing it now for our sixth anniversary. We hope you will join us for our unique celebration, including a vow renewal ceremony and our long-overdue wedding reception!

Where will the event take place?

Answer

Nature is our venue! Winslow State Park is located on Mt. Kearsarge in Wilmot, NH - the town where we first met. The pavilion where we will be celebrating overlooks Mt. Sunapee, Ragged Mountain, and Pleasant Lake. There is parking directly adjacent to the site and bathroom facilities are close by. Do I have to bring a dish for the potluck?

Answer

Absolutely not! If you're able to bring something, we appreciate that, but there will be plenty of food either way. Note that there is no electricity at the site, so crock-pots are a no-go. Cold dishes are best! We'll be providing a cookout with burgers & hot dogs, plus cake and beverages.

Can we bring kids?

This will be a 21+ event. We appreciate your understanding.

Are you serving alcohol?

Answer

We'll be providing a variety of beer, wine, and hard seltzer, plus a variety of soft drinks! Please feel free to BYOB, but no hard liquor, please.

Do I have to pay to get into the park?

Answer

Nope, admission and parking are on us! Just let them know you are here for the Bullimore wedding reception.

Question

Are you going to make me hike a mountain?

Answer

Nope! You can drive right up to the site. If you WANT to take a hike before or after the ceremony, there is a one-mile trail leading to the summit of Mt. Kearsarge, which is an amazing photo op!
