To make hotel reservations call the hotel front desk at (979) 731-5300 (PRESS 1) and reference the group name Bulich/Anders Wedding or the group code BAW18. The due date to book reservations under the group name/code is July 26, 2018. This will be the last day guests can make reservations at the discounted rate. A charter bus will leave the Best Western Premier Hotel front entrance at 1:30 p.m. to take guests to the wedding ceremony at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bryan, Texas. After the ceremony the charter bus will take guests from the church to the reception venue at Brownstone Reserve. There are two scheduled trips during the evening for the bus to leave the Brownstone Reserve venue and return to the Best Western Premier hotel. The first trip will leave at 9:45 p.m. and the last trip will be at 11:40 p.m.
