Event Shuttle

Two shuttle busses will arrive at the hotel to take guests to the wedding venue. Loading begins at 2:45pm and the busses leave at 3:00pm.

Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome.
Ceremony, 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm The Ceremony site will be outside, and November weather in Colorado can be unpredictable. So, please bring a coat, sweater or shawl to keep yourselves comfortable. Cocktail Hour, 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm Appetizers and drinks will be served inside the Reception Hall following the Ceremony. There will be an open bar, please bring cash for tips! Reception, 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm A duet plated dinner of Panko Crusted Chicken with a Sherry Cream and Petite Filet Mignon with a Savory Demi-Glace will be served (a vegan option will be available) with wine provided on each table, and dancing to follow. There is an outdoor space right off of the hall for people to enjoy. The bar will remain open throughout the Reception. Event Shuttle, 7:45pm - 10:15pm Green Ride Boulder will be providing a rotating shuttle bus to take guests back to the hotel from the wedding venue starting at 7:45pm. The last shuttle back to the hotel will load at 10:00pm and leave at 10:15pm
