The time of arrival will be stated on wedding invitation. However, we would like to reiterate that you should arrive NO EARLIER THAN FOUR PM on the day of the wedding. Gates will not open before that time and roadways CAN NOT be blocked in any way.
We are asking for all guests to arrive in at least semi-formal attire. i.e: dress pants and a button up shirt and/or a dress, slacks and a blouse.
NO, we ask all electronics are silenced and/or turned off during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer whom we entrust to capture the whole ceremony for all of us to see. If you are seen using your electronic device we have multiple people who have been instructed to stop the ceremony until the device is put away. We want everybody to enjoy this time in the present rather than through a screen.
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children under 16 years of age.
Plus ones will be addressed on an individual basis, it will be stated when you RSVP whether you have been granted a plus one or not.

Guests wishing or needing to leave their vehicles overnight at the venue can do so but must first notify the bride and groom so they can notify the venue owners. Vehicles must be removed by NOON the following day which will be 10/19/ 2025 Please note that our venue is not responsible for vehicles left overnight
Our bar is an open bar, but we do advise all of our guests that there will be a tip jar for our amazing bartenders so please make sure to bring some cash for any tips
