👭 Bukie's best friend 👭 I live in Lexington, Kentucky, where I work as a pharmacist. Bukola and I have literally had and celebrated every milestone together since we met. From undergrad, graduate school, new jobs, moving, to big girl purchases (cars & houses). I am so joyful that her and Dayo’s wedding is not an exception. Super excited to be celebrating them!
Best Man
🫡 Dayo's older brother 🫡 Despite looking younger, I am Dayo’s older brother (something he doesn’t disclose because it’s only 1 year apart). Currently living in London. Glad he’s found a key puzzle to the next steps in his life in Bukie!

🫡 Bukie's older sister 🫡 I'm an engineer, and I live in Virginia. I met Bukie when I was 2 (and a half 😤) when she came home from the hospital. I immediately requested she be returned, and we get a full refund 😫. Fast forward decades, and it is a bittersweet but proud and joyous feeling that Dayo has volunteered to do just that. Jokes aside, Bukie is a wonderful sister and I am just so happy to be a part of sending her and Dayo off on their journey to the rest of their lives ❤️

👬Dayo’s friend from Prep school👬 I’m Dayo’s charismatic, arguably comical and somewhat ‘chaotic’ friend who is currently embracing their early 30s. 😅 Always appreciated Dayo’s pragmatic yet light-hearted approach to life and grateful for our decades long friendship. ‘Whose life doesn’t benefit from the wise but direct words of a Nigerian friend?’, admitted the half-Ghanaian. I’m honestly excited for Dayo and Bukie to begin their new life’s together as husband and wife!

🎓Bukie's friend from college🎓 I live in Chicago. Outside of work, Bukie and I co-host a travel podcast together. I introduced Bukie and Dayo with the intention of them being friends in Austin…well this is even better!! Can’t wait to celebrate our beautiful bride and groom.

👥️Dayo’s God brother👥️ I go by Zim, but those who have known me from before school sometimes call me Zimmy. I'm a transportation consultant, and most of my time outside of work is spent travelling. Dayo is my God brother so I've known him his whole life, he can't say the same about me because I'm a few months older than him... sometimes I've got to remind him about that 😆 He's come a long way and I'm glad he's found a woman like Bukkie to give him balance

👬Friend of the groom 👬 Dayo and I met in our early teens out socialising with our group, making sense of the world around us and and generally bantering non stop! Looking forward to Dayo and Bukie tying the knot and it’s my pleasure to be a part of it!

🎓Bukie's friend from college🎓 I'm an enjoy-er of life, globetrotter, and an IT engineer. Booskie and I first crossed paths a decade ago as Indiana University students in our Yoruba course. I’ll never forget the day she walked in with a one-of-a-kind hairstyle—definitely a standout moment! Over the years, we’ve shared countless memories, from operating a business together during graduate school to traveling the world. It was also in London that I had the pleasure of meeting her amazing husband, Dayo. They’re truly a great match, and I love seeing how he brings out the butterflies in Booskie. I’m honored to stand by my sister-friend, and I wish them a lifetime filled with abundance and love that glorifies the Lord.

🎓 Dayo’s friend from college 🎓 I had the pleasure of being Dayo’s roommate in business school, and among the many qualities I admire about him, being a “family man” stands out the most. I remember how he would skip business school trips to attend his cousins’ birthdays, how he never missed a chance to check in on his nieces and nephews about their schoolwork, and how he used his business school network to find opportunities for family members. Seeing how Bukkie has further enriched Dayo’s life has been truly incredible. I couldn’t be more excited for this union, and I’m honored to celebrate this special moment with them.

🌏 Bukie's cross-continent work-bestie 🌏 I live in India. Bukie and I have seen each-other at our most stressful, when we procrastinate, when we fake it to get through a meeting 🤭, made each-other laugh during meetings, to seeing each-other drunk (mostly me lol) during our trips (yes Bukie traveled to India last year ❤️). Can't wait to celebrate her big day, and I’m so happy I’m now part of this!

👥️Dayo’s God Brother 👥️ He refers to me as big bro, I grew up with Dayo and I am guilty for teaching him everything he knows. I am happy he has found someone special to move onto the next chapter and im honoured to be apart of their journey.

🎓 Bukie's friend from college 🎓 I met Bukkie in undergrad, I believe during ASA dance group recruitment. Speaking of dancing, I am looking forward to tearing up the dance floor with Bukkie and Dayo in August. She stood by me during my wedding and can’t wait to do the same for her!

🥊Cousin of the groom🥊 Dayo, Tope, my brother and I spent many Christmases and summers together when we were growing up. Over those holidays, Dayo and I were always fighting each other for one reason or another but now look at us 😂 Excited for Dayo and Bukie to start this new chapter of their lives together and honoured to be part of it!

🚗 Cousin of the groom 🚗 Dayo has known me pretty much my whole life. Funniest memory is of Dayo imitating me when I first came to London. He was taking up space in the backseat, and like the Port Harcourt boy I am, I told him “Shiff now!” And I haven’t heard the end of it. Excited to see this next chapter in your life, and grateful to be included.
