Finest Resorts requires a good behavior from every wedding guest during their stay. In case, relax and romantic ambiance of the resort should be disturbed, the Resort Management is entitled to apply the necessary procedures.

Restaurant Dress Code

Answer

There is a dress code for all restaurants, with the strictest being Elegance for dinner at Petit Plasir & Dommo. On the Excellence Collection app, click on each restaurant name to see the dress code for each restaurant. They will politely ask that you return to your room and change if you are not adhering to the dress code for that restaurant. Dinner Elegance – Same as casual elegance, but men must wear long pants and closed-toed shoes. Shorts and sandals are not allowed for men. Casual Elegance – Women: Dresses, Skirts, Capri Pants, Long Pants, Blouses, Dressy Sandals, etc. No Casual Shorts or Flip Flops. Men: Collared Shirts, Dress Shorts, Long Pants, Dressy Sandals, ClosedToed Shoes. No Tank Tops, T-shirts, Beach Sandals, or Cargo Shorts. Breakfast/Lunch Casual Pretty much anything is allowed. Shorts, t-shirts, bathing suits with beach coverups, flip flops. Wet clothes, men’s tank tops, and hats indoors are not allowed. Tips and Tricks Long pants for men can include jeans without holes, but linen or golf pants will likely be much cooler. Collared shirts include polos/golf shirts. Dressy sandals can be just about anything except plastic or rubber beach sandals. Leather or blingy flip-flops are ok.

When meeting people in the room, a maximum of 4 people will be allowed. Relaxation is one of our resort premises, in order to maintain the tranquility and exclusivity, private parties are not allowed in the rooms.For respect to other guests, loud music or speakers areas.

Resort Tips and Tricks

When you check -in, the resort will place a $600 hold on your credit card for incidentals . It is possible to decline this charge if you prefer to pay cash for any upgrades. Your room will have 4 FULL SIZED bottles of wine/liquor located in the cabinet above the mini fridge. The bottles and snacks are complementary and will be replaced DAILY if you wish. *Don't like the bottles in your room? You may also request specific a specific brand of wine/liquor/beer 😊 When ordering a drink , specify the brand of alcohol you want. The Finest app lists the types of alcohol available at each bar. *Want something specific? The bartenders can make pretty much every drink. If you have a preferred time for housekeeping or turn down service, let the concierge know at check -in. *Suggested hours are 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for housekeeping and 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for turn down service. Your room has a service box in the closet that can be accessed from the hallway for any room service meals that is ordered. You can set up a standing order of coffee, croissants , fruit, etc to be delivered at a certain time every morning. Room service will be delivered without this turning you and you can grab it from the service box when you’re ready. *This service is included with your stay. You can bring your own floatie to use in the ocean and private swim up pools. The water sport staff will blow it up for you. 15% off spa services if you book before you arrive. Download the Excellence Collection App on your smartphone or tablet https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dapper.excellencecollection&pcampaignid=web_share The app will provide information on the various restaurants including hours of operation, dress code, and menus . In addition, the app will list the daily entertainment activities , kids ’ club schedule, spa services, and even a pillow menu! When you open the app, navigate to the main screen. Choose the following: Finest Resorts (the last option), Finest Playa Mujeres (the first option) You can pre- check in from the app within one week of your arrival. Once you arrive at the resort, you can sync your room information through the app for requests and room service. Keeping the environment In my mind, the resort does not provide printed menus .Remember to bring your smartphone or tablet to dinner to access s the menus .

Travel Tips

Credit Card Payment: credit cards that you gave Tanya to secure rooms will be charged between 30-8 days prior to arrival for the full amount. Room still can be canceled 24 hours prior to 3pm the previous day. Check in time to the hotel is 3PM and check out is 12:00 noon. Communication Preferences: Any questions or changes regarding hotel stays or transfers should be emailed to Tanya minsk1958@yahoo.com Special Requests: If you have any special requests for the hotel, please email Tanya.. Note that hotels do not guarantee requests.

Airport and Transfer Information

Arrival: Seasons Tours will meet you at the airport upon arrival. Find their representative for transfer to the hotel at your arrival time. Departure: Confirm your return ride with Seasons Tours during your stay. Flight Changes: Notify Tanya at minsk1958@yahoo.com and transfers to transfers@seasonstours.com immediately of any airline changes or cancellations to flights.
