We’ve reserved a room block at two hotels located right next to each other—just a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from the reception venue.
Dates: February 27–March 1
Booking Deadline: January 27, 2026
Stay Options: 1 or 2 nights
Check-In: 4 PM | Check-Out: 11 AM
Booking early is recommended due to limited availability.
Both hotels share a complimentary airport shuttle service.
Arrivals:
– Before 9:00 PM: Call front desk for shuttle instructions.
– After 9:00 PM: Take a cab/Uber/Lyft (Hotel to reimburse up to $20 with receipt)
Departures: Schedule shuttle at front desk at least 1 day in advance.
