Ben and I met each other in the Boerne Champion High School Marching band. We both played the same instrument, but he was a junior and I was a freshman. We were friends for one year, and then, on November 8, 2018, we went out on our first date to the movies to see the new movie Queen. After Ben graduated, we decided to stay together as he attended UTSA. Then, when I graduated 2 years later, we decided to try long distance as I attended Oklahoma State University. Even though it was hard, we pushed through being long distance (over an 8-9 hour drive apart) for the 4 years I spent in Oklahoma. After I graduated, I moved back to San Antonio to be with Ben. We got an apartment shortly after, and Ben proposed on February 22, 2025! Now, we are thrilled that you will join us on March 6, 2027 as we celebrate over 8 years together and a life time of happiness in marriage!!
