We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you be fully present with us and turn off all phones and cameras, thank you!
Welcome night: We’ll be hanging out, enjoying the evening, and would love to take selfies and individual photos with guests. A professional photographer will also be there to capture the fun too. Wedding Day: We’ll be greeting guests and taking photos at the Photo Booth during aperitif—this is the perfect time to come say hello and grab a picture with us! After aperitif, we’ll be enjoying the celebration and kindly ask that guests refrain from requesting additional posed photos for the rest of the evening. Thank you for understanding and helping us stay present on our big day. You can trust our photographers to capture all the candid, celebratory moments we share with you.
The bride will be wearing body glitter and kindly asks guests to refrain from any hugs and physical contact during photos to avoid sparkle transfer. Air hugs and warm wishes are welcomed!
Yes, there is a pool! Bring your swimsuit, cover-up, and pool shoes. Towels are provided.
Absolutely! We encourage you to take lots of photos during the weekend.
Yes, please! Feel free to share your photos on social media ( you don’t have to wait for us to post first), and we’d love to see all the memories you capture.
We’d love to share the dance floor with all our guests! While we’ll be dancing together during the celebration, if we’d like to dance with any of you individually, we’ll be sure to ask. But please, join us for the group dances and let’s all enjoy the celebration together.
Yes! Guests are welcome to explore Italy on their own, but please note that we won’t be organizing or responsible for any travel outside of the wedding events.
We are so grateful you’re celebrating with us — your presence truly is the only gift we need. Please know that traveling to be with us is more than enough.
We’ve carefully curated our guest list to include spouses, fiancés, and long-term partners. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be listed. We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but we’re unable to extend additional invitations beyond those included.
Think short, sweet, and straight to the dance floor. Our symbolic ceremony will have no lengthy readings or formal traditions. We’re skipping some of the traditional elements so we can spend the majority of the evening celebrating with you. Come ready for a party first kind of wedding!
Our wedding planners, Nicole and Kathrin, and their team will be onsite throughout the entire weekend to assist with anything you may need. If any questions come up, please reach out to them directly so we can stay fully present and enjoy the celebration with you.
Everything will take place at the main villa.
The main villa can house 46 guests.
Nicole will be recommending nearby hotels. She will also organize shuttle service between these hotels and the villa during the wedding weekend, so you don’t have to worry about transportation.
No need to book yet! Once RSVPs are in and we know the final guest count, Nicole will coordinate all hotel reservations and shuttle arrangements, then send you all the details.
While our wedding events are primarily designed as an adult experience—with late dinners and lots of celebrating—we are happy to welcome kids. If you are planning to bring your child, please let Brenda know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly and help arrange babysitting if needed.
Tipping customs in Italy are different from those in the United States, and the standard 20% gratuity is not expected. In most cases, it is not necessary to tip business owners, such as villa owners or independent vendors. That said, a small flat-fee gratuity for on-site staff—such as catering teams, venue staff, or drivers—is always appreciated as a kind gesture.
