There's a parking lot very close to the event location with space for 20 cars, which will be reserved for individuals needing mobility accommodations. Let us know if this applies to you. Otherwise, we recommend parking in the Spreckels Organ Pavilion lot or using a rideshare app (e.g., Uber or Lyft). Wherever you park, you will not be able to enter through the normal gate at the top of the hill; you will need to enter through the lower gate at the bottom of the hill. From 4:45-5:45pm and from 10:30-11:30pm, we'll have a shuttle running between the Organ Pavilion Lot and the entrance. If you Uber, type in Gold Gulch Parking Lot and have them drop you off all the way at the back gate. There is a turnaround point a bit past the "Authorized Vehicles Only" sign.
Sure! Just make sure the bride knows who all you're bringing, so we can plan accordingly. And if you'd rather leave them at home, that's just fine, too.
The actual ceremony will take place just before the reception. Due to limitations at the venue, the number of people who can attend is incredibly small—it will only hold the direct family and wedding party. As a result, it will be a minimal ceremony, with all of the fun parts reserved for the reception! The Inamori Pavilion and Lower Gardens will be open beginning at 6pm.
