What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and soaking in the beautiful venue. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. We don’t want you to miss the moment Eduardo sees Cindy walk down the aisle!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Complimentary valet will be available on-site upon entering Calamigos Ranch. Be sure to follow the signs for “The Oak Room” and turn left at the fork.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be celebrating in Garden Formal attire. Suits, long/cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are perfect. Since it’s a spring wedding, feel free to embrace soft, romantic colors and floral vibes.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.

We have chosen to celebrate our special day with a non-alcoholic wedding. We’ll be serving a selection of handcrafted mocktails during cocktail hour, followed by a boba bar during the reception.
