Unfortunately Due to COVID we are only able to have family and the bridal party attend. we apologize for any inconvenience.

We have known each other a very long time, meeting for the first time in preschool, and standing next to each other in class pictures two years in a row! We were reunited again in middle school, where we went on school trips together, went to awkward school dances, and played in the band. After that we went to different high schools, but hung out in mutual friend groups. The summer after Nicole's first year at WSU, we were reunited again, and we started spending every day together, going hiking, rope swinging at the lake, crashing trucks into tress (oops!), going to country music concerts, and other adventures together. It was the best summer we ever had! At the end of summer we had a tough decision to make, Jake had just signed with the Marine Corps and was headed off to bootcamp, and Nicole was going back to WSU. We decided to continue our relationship and transitioned into long distance for the next year and a half.

Nicole was visiting Jake in North Carolina, and towards the end of her trip they got dressed up to have a nice dinner together. Everyone knows that Nicole loves taking pictures, so before dinner Jake took Nicole to a beautiful gazebo on the riverfront. Nicole thought that they were just there to take pictures, but to her surprise he got down on one knee and pulled out a ring! Nicole said YES, of course! We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you! See you in Mount Vernon!
