What is the dress code? Any colors to avoid?

Answer

Cocktail, semi-formal, or formal attire are all acceptable. Please avoid green and white if possible. It may be hot or we may experience some "June Gloom" in Southern California so please dress accordingly.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

How close together are the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

The venues are approx. 9 min apart. There will be some downtime between the ceremony end and reception start time, so please plan accordingly. All suggested lodging options are less than 20 min from both venues.

Is there parking for the ceremony and/or reception?

Yes. Both venues have ample free parking to accommodate guests.

How early can I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to the church. Ceremony begins at 2PM. You may arrive 15 minutes early to the reception venue. Doors open at 6PM for cocktail hour.

Can I take pictures or videos with my phone?

Answer

Out of respect for the church, please refrain from taking photos or videos during the service, so everyone can remain fully present and we can preserve the intimacy of the occasion. Pictures and videos are encouraged at the reception!

Will transportation be provided between the venue and hotel? Or between venues?

No, please arrange your own transportation. Carpooling is encouraged!

Why the gap between ceremony and reception?

Answer

The gap gives the wedding party and immediate family time to take photos at both the church and the reception venue, while also ensuring everything is perfectly set before guests arrive for the reception. We encourage you to use this time to relax, recharge, and get ready to celebrate in the evening!

Will there be drinks?

Yes! We will have an open bar with wines, beer, and spirits. Please drink responsibly. Last call is at 10:30PM.

We’re excited to offer a delicious selection of six appetizers during cocktail hour. Dinner will be served buffet-style, featuring a variety of options including chicken, beef, and a vegetarian dish. Dessert will include cake along with an assortment of bite-sized sweets. We hope you enjoy the menu we’ve carefully selected!

Yes! We are registered here on Zola.com. We plan to add more registry items in the coming weeks. Please check back for more options! While we have registered for traditional gifts, we would also appreciate donations to our honeymoon.
