There isn’t just one day where we can say we locked eyes and knew in that moment we were meant to be. For Brad, it was at a college party, he saw a girl across the room with a gorgeous smile and he wanted to know who she was. For Jess, it was in a stairwell at Towson University, she was introduced to a guy who caught her eye with his charm and Jersey accent. Years went by, we crossed paths on many occasions but it wasn’t until 2017, after we had graduated, that Bradley finally had his chance to ask Jess on a date! From then on, well y’all know the rest!

Most know that it is incredibly hard to hide anything from Jess, but Brad came up with the perfect plan to surprise her even more than he thought he could! He tricked her into thinking we were going to a fancy dinner in Harbor East, Baltimore. In reality, he convinced a private marina to allow him to propose on the dock, with a view of all the places in Baltimore that shaped our love story. He was even able to convince a lovely couple to allow our entire family to hide out on their yacht! With the help of a lot of people we love, Brad convinced Jess a detour to the dock was a casual stop on our fancy night out. He got down on one knee and Jess couldn’t believe it! She was so in shock, she didn't even have the ring on her finger before saying yes and embracing the love of her life!
