Yes! We were legally wed on March 21, 2021, but now we are ready to party! We will have a brief re-commitment ceremony followed by the classic dinner and dancing. We are very excited to finally celebrate properly with all of our favorite people!
We continue to monitor Philadelphia's regulations to ensure we can have the event we've dreamed of while keeping you safe. The only circumstance in which we foresee a second postponement is if capacity limitations are mandated. As of September, 2021, per the city, masks WILL be required at the event and while moving throughout the hotel. Vaccination is not required at the hotel, however, many city establishments are requiring proof of vaccination in order to dine indoors.
We discourage you from bringing a car if at all possible, due to the traffic and high prices of city parking. The venue is easily accessible via rideshare from both PHL airport and 30th Street Amtrak Train Station. If you need to bring a car, parking will be available at the Loews for a nightly rate of $45. It may be possible to find other parking options via applications such as SpotHero.
You all know we love your kids! If the envelope of your invitation reads "The ... Family", you can assume that your children are invited. We do ask that you use your best judgement as to if your kids will be able to sit through the ceremony, speeches, and other events. If this is not possible, we request your children do not attend or an alternate arrangement to be made out of respect of these events. You can absolutely leave your children at home and plan to dance the night away with us! We will not be arranging any type of child care.
