We met at the old Renaissance Hotel in Downtown San Diego as Nicole was the Director of Catering and Joel was the Director of Engineering. Joel will never forget the first words Nicole told him... "So are you going to be able to fix my ballroom air conditioning?" The Renaissance didn't last but we sure did!
