Staybridge Suites – Winter Haven (~10 min from venue) → We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Staybridge Suites Lakeland West by IHG for your convenience (link to booking below) → Peaceful, rural setting with less nearby activities → Best if you are coming just for the wedding day! 2. Group-Friendly Stays – Winter Haven or Davenport (~10–35 min from venue) → Prefer something more homey? Explore Airbnbs in Winter Haven or Davenport → Sharing a stay with other guests can be fun and budget-friendly! 3. Kissimmee / Orlando Area (~40–60 min from venue) → Perfect if you’re turning the weekend into a trip → Close to Disney, restaurants, and pre-wedding activities → Great for Friday’s spa day or Saturday’s welcome event → Book your own hotel or Airbnb → Rental car strongly recommended 4. The Adams Estate (Sunday Night Only) → A limited number of on-site rooms available for the wedding night → Offered first to the couple and immediate family → If not staying here, book through Monday or Tuesday to keep celebrating with us! 🥂 NOTE: Feel free to mix and match your stay to get the best of both worlds! Many guests are planning to come early, enjoy a few nights in Orlando or Kissimmee, then head to Winter Haven the night before and after the wedding to be close to the venue.

Flying in?

You can fly into either Orlando International Airport (MCO) or Tampa International Airport (TPA) — both are approximately a 1 to 1.5 hour drive to the venue. We suggest renting a car or coordinating with other guests to carpool, especially if you're staying in nearby accommodations. Ride-share options like Uber or Lyft may be limited in the Lake Alfred area, so having your own transportation is the most reliable option.
