Answer

Festivities will be held on January 18th, 19th & 20th. If you plan on arriving on Thurs, January 18th, we recommend to land into Cabo before 1:30pm in order to attend the Welcome Party; the official kick-off of wedding festivities!

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

A valid US Passport is required to travel. If your existing US Passport is expiring on or before July 20th, 2024, it will need to be renewed. It can take up to 3 months to receive your new Passport in 2023, however rush services are available if needed. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html

Question

Navigating Cabo Airport

Answer

1. While you are in flight, your airline will provide you a Customs form to fill out. Flight attendants can assist with questions. 2. Upon arrival, you will be directed to the Immigration line. You will provide your Passport to the Immigration agent. 3. Next, make your way to baggage claim to pick up any checked luggage. 4. Lastly, with your luggage, make your way to the Customs line where you will provide your completed Customs form and proceed to exit the airport. This process will likely take an hour, lines are long. Please plan to add time to your travel schedule when landing. If you booked ground transportation to your hotel in advance, your driver understands the length of time it will take- they will wait for you.

Question

Where do I find my shuttle or taxis at the airport?

Answer

As you exit the airport (immediately after clearing Customs) be sure to walk past all of the people with signs attempting to offer you rides or taxis, they will price gouge you. Instead, exit the airport completely and once outside there will be covered umbrellas with all pre-arranged shuttles and on-the-spot taxis. Pro Tip: There is an outdoor tropical cocktail bar directly near all ground transportation- that's how you know you're in the right spot.
