If you have already spoken to us about whether or not you will attend the ceremony, reception or both, you do not need to RSVP.
There is parking available, but carpooling would be helpful! Parking at the ceremony is in a residential neighborhood, so you may have to park a little ways away from the house. We will have balloons to help you identify the house. There should be plenty of parking in the front lawn at the reception. (it's a farm, so don't feel bad about parking on the lawn) There will be cars there to help show the layout.
Our vendors are requiring masks in order to be served. With the understanding that everyone has different health concerns, we ask that everyone is respectful when around one another. We will have masks for you to wear at both the ceremony and reception.
At the reception, there will be seating inside the air-conditioned pole barn as well as outside under a tent. The garage doors will be up in the pole barn as to make it more of an indoor/outdoor space. We are not assigning tables, as we want everyone to sit where they are comfortable.
We will have passed appetizers..Creamy cilantro lime chicken and chimichurri slow cooked brisket taco bar, with a fattoush couscous salad, a panzanella salad and an assorted vegetable platter.
We are going to try our best to stream it live. We are going to send out the information a couple of days prior so everyone can watch. (we are still finalizing the details of this, so we will let you know) If you are interested, please contact me (Jessica) and I will be sure to get you the information.
We anticipate that Uber will be a challenge. We have arranged for a 2 to 3 car shuttle service to run from 10-12 to help get everyone safely home. There might be times that there is a bit of a wait, so please plan accordingly. We will have numbers of taxis just in case, but every company I talked to said they are having problems getting their drivers to return to work and don't have availability! Again, just something to keep in mind!
The only kids that are attending will be the kids in the wedding party. We hope you understand.
