How do I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name to match your invitation. All invited quests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining." Be sure to fill out any missing information.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by March 16, 2026. Anyone who hasn't RSVP'd by then will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following the deadline to accommodate only those who RSVP'd as attending.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Due to venue capacity and planning, only the guests formally invited will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, it will appear when you RSVP.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, accommodating those listed on your invitation. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and have fun with us!

What should I wear?
Answer
We would love our friends and family in semi-formal attire to celebrate with us! Suits or jackets with dress pants, midi dresses, cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates are perfect. Kindly avoid wearing white or ivory—and opt for elevated looks that allow you to dance the night away!

Do I have to use your room block?
Answer
No! There are plenty of other hotels in the Lynchburg area (about 30 minutes from the venue) or Roanoke (about 45 minutes from the venue). However, transportation will be picking up and dropping off from XXXXX.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! Transportation will be provided from the XX hotel (insert address) to the ceremony and back. The bus leaves the hotel at xxPM & xxPM. The bus will leave the venue to come back to the hotel at xxPM and xxPM.

Do I have to use the provided transportation?
Answer
You’re welcome to drive yourself, as parking will be available at the venue. However, we strongly encourage guests to take advantage of our provided transportation to ensure everyone’s safety on the winding country roads, and to safely enjoy the open bar. More details on pickup and drop-off will be shared closer to the date. Uber and other rideshare options are available, but please allow extra time due to the rural location.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that phones are put away to ensure guests are fully present during the ceremony portion of our day. We have hired an amazing photographer that will ensure the moment is captured beautifully! We encourage our friends and family to take as many videos and photos throughout the remainder of the day as you'd like once the ceremony is finished!
