How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name to match your invitation. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining." Be sure to fill out any missing information.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 16, 2026. Anyone who hasn't RSVP'd by then will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following the deadline to accommodate only those who RSVP'd as attending.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Due to venue capacity and planning, only the guests formally invited will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, it will appear when you RSVP.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, accommodating those listed on your invitation. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and have fun with us!

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love our friends and family in semi-formal attire to celebrate with us! Suits or jackets with dress pants, dresses of any length, jumpsuits, or dressy separates are perfect. Kindly avoid wearing white or ivory—and opt for elevated looks that allow you to dance the night away!

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be available for guests to ride to and from the venue. Please note that the shuttle will not run continuously; it will make one trip each way on a set schedule. Details: Meeting locations and departure times will be shared once RSVPs are finalized. Driving: On-site parking is available at the venue if you prefer to drive. Rideshare: Uber and Lyft wait times in the area can be longer than usual, so we highly recommend planning your transport in advance!

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that phones are put away to ensure guests are fully present during the ceremony portion of our day. We have hired an amazing photographer that will ensure the moment is captured beautifully! We encourage our friends and family to take as many videos and photos throughout the remainder of the day as you'd like once the ceremony is finished!

Where do I stay?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with you in Virginia! Since a lot our guests are from out of town, guests are welcome to choose the accommodations that best fit their needs and preferences. We recommend staying near downtown Roanoke. We do not have a reserved hotel block, but there are several great lodging options nearby including Air BnB and VRBO. We recommend booking as early as you can!
