Please book your rooms by July 25th 2025 to get our group rate! ***IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ*** When booking a room, please note that the website indicates room types will be assigned at check-in. If you prefer a specific room type—either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds—please follow these steps: 1. Select your stay dates and number of guests. The hotel block is available from Friday (check-in) through Monday (check-out). Guests are welcome to stay for one night or any combination of nights during that period. 2. Enter all guest information — name, address, etc. 3. In the "Requests" section, specify your preferred room type by typing either "King" (1 king bed) or "Double" (2 queen beds). We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
