Sarah and Bubba met on the dating app, 'Bumble' during the lock down of Covid. Their first date was at a mexican restaurant. Outdoor dining and distancing were mandated at that time, so they were on the restaurants patio area, under a pergola. Of course, right after their drinks were delivered, it started to rain! Sarah's thoughts were, "How Romantic!" and also, "now what?", but most importantly she got the waitress to package their margaritas to go. The date then picked back up in Bubba's car, where they ate their first meal together! Dates from here on out were ordering food and eating in the car (thinking every time, if we can get through this, we can get though anything together!), spending time on the beach and frequent trips to Johnson's Farm. Fast forward about a year, Sarah was living in Manasquan and Bubba would travel over an hour just to see her after work and on the weekends! However, Sarah found a job in PA, in September of 2021. Shortly after that, Bubba had a career change which led them to the same place of work. For some reason, they continued to make the hour long commute to and from work. Finally they said, enough was enough and they decided to get their first apartment together in August 2022. In December of 2022, they drove to Ohio to get their dog, Norman! The apartment life was short lived and in July of 2023, they bought their first Home together. Blessed is an understatement when we look back at our journey together. We cannot wait to see what else we will accomplish, as Mr. and Mrs. Schorza!!!
