What should I wear?

Our wedding is black tie, so formal attire is requested. For gentlemen, a tuxedo is traditional, but a dark suit and tie are also appropriate. For ladies, we suggest floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or formal evening wear.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Nemacolin. Specific details (including venue name and start time) will be listed on your invitation and included in the 'Schedule' section.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have shuttle transportation available on the day of the wedding for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Uniontown, offering convenient rides to and from Nemacolin before and after the ceremony and reception. Guests staying at Nemacolin will have on-site transportation provided directly by the resort. For those who prefer to drive, free parking is available at Nemacolin’s parking garage. Please note that Ubers and other ride services are not available in Farmington, PA, so we highly recommend using the provided shuttle or driving yourself.

What is the parking situation at Nemacolin?

Upon arrival at Nemacolin, you will pass through a security gate at the entrance. Continue up the hill, and you’ll find a parking located on your left. Complimentary self-parking is available for all guests.

Please refer to your invitation for guest details. If you received a plus one, their name (or “and Guest”) will appear on your envelope.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, with a beautiful view of the Nemacolin grounds. The reception will be held indoors. Please dress accordingly and check back here or your email for any weather-related updates as the day approaches.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving at least 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, seating, and taking in the beautiful surroundings.
