What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, and we kindly ask that all guests be seated beforehand. For those traveling from the Foothill area, please allow approximately two hours of travel time as traffic can be significant. To ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival, we recommend departing early or considering an overnight stay nearby the evening prior.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our theme is Elegant Cowboy, and we’d love for you to join in! Think Western flair with a classy twist—boots, hats, bolo ties, and dresses are all encouraged. That said, it’s not required—if you’d prefer to dress up in your own style, that’s perfectly fine too. Please note: the bridal party will be in burnt orange and navy.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding & feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 on our wedding day. Invitations & RSVP’s will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 25th, If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible & RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please make sure you have a way to get home safely!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.
