We have blocked a few rooms off at some of these hotels for our guests.-due to high requests it was difficult to get hotel blocks for this weekend for each hotel.
Like mentioned in the FAQs, there will be a shuttle from the venue for those who don't want to drive from the venue.

The venue also offers camping on site! If you are not wanting to pay to stay in a hotel or worry about getting your vehicle the next day, there is room to park a camper or tent at the venue!
