FAQs

The Wedding Website of Hannah Bryson and Keith Webb
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 6 weeks before the wedding so we can finalize plans with our vendors. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will assume you’re unable to attend. Thank you for helping us plan our special day!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive about 30 minutes before the ceremony begins and to be seated at least 15 minutes before the start time so everyone can enjoy the moment together.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to wear semi-formal or church attire. Please keep in mind that September in South Georgia can still be warm and humid, so dress accordingly. We also ask that guests reserve white for the bride and a green suit for the groom.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space and budget considerations, we are only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation. If a plus one was not specified by the bride or groom, we kindly ask that you do not bring an additional guest. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we kindly ask that guests arrange childcare if possible. Due to space and planning considerations, children are limited to close family members who have been notified in advance. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the bride and groom.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue. When you arrive, you will see designated parking areas covered with pine straw. Please park in these areas and avoid parking on the grass. Thank you!

Question

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

We wanted the food to reflect our style and create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for the evening. Guests will enjoy a grazing table along with a buffet-style selection to enjoy throughout the celebration. Rather than a formal sit-down dinner, we hope everyone will mix, mingle, and enjoy the evening together. The buffet was picked by the groom and will include BBQ pork sliders, mac and cheese, creamed corn, and a fresh salad.

Question

What drinks will be provided?

Answer

We will not have a full open bar, but the bride and groom will be providing a selection of basic alcoholic drinks for guests to enjoy. If you have a specific preference, we kindly ask that you bring your drink of choice. We will also have sweet and unsweet tea, along with flavored waters available. We will not be providing sodas, so if you would like something specific, please feel free to bring it. There will be plenty of ice and coolers available for everyone to use.
