We have reserved a room block at the Hotel 1620, on a first come first serve basis. This is where our cocktail hour and reception will also take place. Please note that room availability will fill up quickly. This hotel is a two-night minimum. When booking, please enter 06/19/26- 06/21/2025 as the dates, and code "BMWH1787" into the "GROUP CODE" tab. *If you do not use this code (make sure it is in GROUP CODE and not Promo), or put in the correct dates, the website will say there are no rooms available. You may also call the hotel directly and request to book with the McKenna room block.
